APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
Is apple cider vinegar a miracle remedy or is it a scam?
I have been mixing about a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with an 8-oz glass of water three times a day. I have not been sick or missed any tome off from work since taking this mix, with the exception of this year when I had a touch of the flu which lasted about 12-hours.
HOW I CAME ACROSS APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
I first started using apple cider vinegar about 5-years ago when I came across an article on Facebook.
I always take the time to research article’s that people leave on Facebook or any other social media outlet’s. I don’t believe anything that people post for it seems that so much stuff is just copied and sent without anyone checking to see it is true or not true!
When I first started using apple cider vinegar I just used the type which was clear when you looked at it in the bottle. I now use a brand called WhiteHouse which is an Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar. It does look gross because it has a cloudy sediment look to it.
I have been using this type of vinegar now for over a year. now! Like I said before, I have not been sick and have not missed any work for quite a long period of time. I also spoke to some of my co-workers and have found there are quite a few of them using Apple Cider Vinegar also. They also have told me the same similar story as I mentioned in this post.ory
Hippocrates was the first documented person to be using Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with honey for the treatment of sore throats, coughs and wound infections over 2,500 years ago.
Apple Cider Vinegar has been said to help with many health and nutrition issues which include heart disease, diabetes, weight loss, hair loss, cancer, migraine headaches, and as a preventative for colds and the flu.
MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
From using Apple Cider Vinegar I have noticed that I have very few headaches. I also noticed that if I did get a headache that if I drank this mix, that a headache seemed to disappear just as fast as if I had taken things such as Excedrin or Tylenol. I have also spoken to friends and co-workers of mine which have said similar things. I have one friend who used to have chronic migraine headaches and has noticed that since taking Apple Cider Vinegar that she seldom has one anymore and that if she does get one, she takes the Apple Cider Vinegar mix as soon as she can to eliminate it.
I have also noticed that when I started taking Apple Cider Vinegar that I have seldom had a sore throat or cold.
I also have used Apple Cider Vinegar to prevent hair loss. I do not know if it is preventing any more hair loss to me or not. I do talk to the person who regularly cuts my hair and she says she has not noticed any difference in the amount of hair I have except that it has gotten slightly more grey. SHe did say on my last visit she noticed some of my hair looked like it was turning black!
Some doctors theorize that Apple Cider Vinegar reduces the amount of starch the body absorbs. and that it can help reduce blood sugar levels in healthy people and also those with pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes..
There also have been articles written which suggest that taking Apple Cider Vinegar may help with waking the glucose in type 2 diabetic individuals when ingested.
If you have diabetes and are taking Apple Cider Vinegar it is recommended that you share this information with your doctor for it may affect the medications you may use.
There have been some studies done on rats which show Apple Cider Vinegar has reduced blood pressure levels, triglycerides, and also cholesterol.
There have been findings that Apple Cider Vinegar is helpful in removing oils from the hair which can block or prevent the roots of the hair in being stimulated in the production of hair.
Doctors do recommend that one should do a test first in a particular area before using to make sure that your skin is not sensitive to the use of Apple Cider Vinegar. It is also recommended not to use Apple Cider Vinegar on regions such as your genital areas for it may cause severe discomfort.
Some things that Apple Cider Vinegar can be used for helping in the removal of bacteria from the skin and also in preventing skin toning and dandruff, insect bites, scrapes, abrasions, warts, and acne.
I have one area on my shoulder which seems to always have a spot on my right shoulder area which seemed to always have a black head or some type of mucus that would build up under the skin and fester for most of my life (Over 40 years). Since I started using Apple Cider Vinegar in this area this has disappeared.
When using Apple Cider Vinegar for anything that you may be taking things to treat health issues, you should talk to your doctor.
When taking Apple Cider Vinegar, make sure you also rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after using to remove any acidic residue from your teeth.
Because of its acidity Apple Cider Vinegar may cause injuries or inflammation to the back of the throat, the esophagus, , stomach or skin.It also can cause damage to the enamel of your teeth.
It is also recommended not to give this mix to small children.
It is sad that there has not been hardly any testing done at all on the uses of Apple Cider Vinegar for health care. The document, so those would be the best sources of viable information.ion of health benefits is basically zero.
Almost anything done with this Apple Cider Vinegar is by testimonials given by others and what they did. Because most of these tests have been done in controlled testing, it is hard to prove that others will get the same results as the people who gave the testimonial.
Some people wrote down what they did and documentation for others in future some sort of health documentation. These sources would be the most reliable and viable sources for testemonials.
After writing this post, I have started writing down in a notebook of things that I do each day, which may provide some type of health documentation for others in the future.
I usually just mix a capful of Apple Cider VInegar with a 12-oz glass of warm water
During the flu season, I use a capful of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with 1-tablespoon of honey and also a 1/2 teaspoon of sage, with a 12-oz glass of warm water.
After drinking I rinse my mouth thoroughly!
SOME FACTS ABOUT ME
I do not eat pork or any seafood or types of fish or sea creatures which feed off the bottom of the ocean or rivers. I follow what the Lord mentions in the bible.
I also eat for breakfast a bowl of fruit which consists of blueberries, strawberries, and pineapple, with a topping of honey on it, sprinkled with walnuts.
Sorry, I have not documented how much of each ingredient I use, I am guessing about 1-cup of each fruit, 2-tablespoons of honey, and about 2-tablespoons of walnuts.
